	The time that the buffet will be readied for your guests. IMPORTANT: Due to unforseen circumstances (traffic jams, parking problems), we may be ½ hr early or ½ hr late.

Special Instructions	Collection time is: E.g. Change of Beef/Lamb dish to a Chicken, etc, or if you require the rental of chairs or tables. You may also specify your desired collection time - we may aceede to your request depending on the day's schedule. NOTE: If your buffet's ready time is after 7pm, the lastest collection time is 10pm (regardless of the 4-hour duration).

BUFFET TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Main
	The delivery charge is $35 per 2-way trip. The charges for the Eve of/& Public Holidays are $45. Transport will be waived for orders above $600 (buffet only); Eve & Public Holidays ($1,000). For districts 61, 62 & 63, Sentosa and the Jurong Islands, transport charge is $45. Transport will be waived for orders above $1,000 (buffet only).
	This buffet comes with full table setup (plastic tablecloths, skirting, food warmers)
	A full set of disposable cutleries (forks, spoons, plates, serviettes and trash bags, etc) (up to 150%) will be provided.
	Please ensure that a Point-of-Contact is contactable at all times (not in silent mode, in a meeting) during the delivery – this is to ensure an open and reliable communications link between the client and the delivery personnel.
	Cheques should be crossed and made out to “eatz Catering Services”. No post-dated cheques are allowed.
	The Management reserves the right to include an additional $10 charge (per 2 flights) for deliveries that have more than 2 flights of stairs.

Delivery and Collection
	The collection of the buffet items is four (4) hours after the “ready time”. However if your buffet’s ready time is after 7pm, the last collection is still 10pm.
	Rental of any equipment after the event is strictly not allowed.
	For requested collections after the 4 hour duration, the management reserves the right to charge and additional $10 for each additional hour.
	We reserve the right to charge an additional $10 for deliveries for every flight of stairs/steps (from the 2nd flight onwards).

Miscellaneous
	The management reserves the right to change the items on the menu without prior notice (e.g. for non-availability of raw materials or late arrival of supplier’s stock).
	Please inform the management should you have specific needs (e.g. vegetarian guests, tables & chairs, take-away boxes) to facilitate a smooth and successful event. This is subject to availability.
